When you contact us

If you write to us, we process your email address, your name if you give it, your message and any attachments, to answer your request. Our mailboxes are hosted by hosttech GmbH, Switzerland. We delete support emails at the latest 12 months after your request is closed, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Games and apps

Each game and app has its own privacy policy:

For games and apps that are still in development, the policy is published on their page before release.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing and receive it in a portable format. Write to privacy@bmmestudios.com.

You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Switzerland to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, edoeb.admin.ch), in the EU or EEA to the authority in your country.

Legal basis

Where the GDPR applies, we process log files based on our legitimate interest in a secure, working website and answer your messages to fulfil a contract with you or based on our legitimate interest in helping you (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Changes

If this website changes in a way that affects your data, we update this policy and the date at the top.
